Something New

What do you do when sheet music calls for 6 fingers in one hand, but you only have 5 fingers in one hand because you are human?  Your teacher has to show you an advanced method of using one finger to hit two keys at the same time.  Wow, totally new to me.  I had no idea advanced pianist did this.  It is a bit difficult to do this, but I'm finally starting to catch on.  Learning new things every day!  Taking piano lessons really is character building; and growing and building on the foundation that I received as a child now as an adult on into advanced lessons is super character building.  Just when I think I've reached a goal, there is something else to learn.  It's pretty neat!
